Andhra Pradesh State Finance Minister Y Ranakrishnudu said that his government will accord top priority to seven issues which includes poverty alleviation, state growth, removal of disparities, welfare, rural development , women welfare etc.

A new system will be introduced to increase state revenues without imposing tax burden on state people, the minister said that several crores of rupees will be saved under the proposed new financial mechanism .
