More than 200 school leaders and educators from across India participated in IB Manthan 2026, a one-day forum held at the Aga Khan Academy Hyderabad. Organised around the theme “Learning Beyond Boundaries: Education for an Interconnected World,” the event focused on student agency, assessment, inclusion, leadership and learning in a changing global environment.
The programme included discussions, breakout sessions and panel conversations involving educators, IB graduates and education leaders.
Sessions examined approaches to learner-led education, assessment practices and school leadership. Olli-Pekka Heinonen, Director General of the International Baccalaureate, also addressed participants on the role of IB education in India and an increasingly interconnected world.
