Government committed to RTC revival: MLA Muta Gopal

Musheerabad: Muta Gopal, the local MLA, said that the CM KCR has been taking special care to save Telangana RTC and its employees.

On Friday, the MLA handed over exgratia for Rs 2 lakh each to the kin of RTC employees of Musheerabad 1 depo, driver Ramesh and Jaggayya, who died of heart attack during the RTC strike. He also handed over the appointment letter to Jaggayya's daughter.

Gopal said that necessary measures were being taken to run Telangana RTC efficiently and urged RTC workers to move ahead in the path suggested by the CM KCR.

Among those who were present on the occasion include DVM Aparna Kalyan, depo manager of Musheerabad 1 depo Srinivas, depo 2 manager Krishna Reddy, TRS leaders MutaJaisimha, M Prabhakar, Rakesh Kumar, RTC employees and others.
