Don't show laxity on code enforcement

Siddipet: Elections expenditure observer Chandan Kumar and District Collector Krishna Bhasker has directed the officials concerned not to delay implementation of the model code of conduct for smooth and fair polls.

He held a review meeting with returning officers of Medak Lok Sabha, assistant elections expenditure observers, and constituency- level special election team officials at collectorate here on Friday. Officials were also directed to respond on complaints received on violation of election code.
