Poll results are eye-opener to BJP
Update: 2018-12-14 05:30 IST
The Congress has won the Assembly elections in three out of the five polled States. While it is a good sign for the grand old party, the real litmus test begins now. These Assembly elections may not be a reflection of the upcoming general elections next year. These results may only be an indication of the distraught people are facing.
These results should act as an eye opener for the BJP to come up with strategies before the elections. Strategies should talk about progress, problems and probable solutions instead of name calling and petty issues. People's mandate should be respected and their problems should be resolved. That will be a good sign for a healthy democracy.
