Yogi Vemana University V-C releases Children Science Congress brochure

Kadapa: Yogi Vemana University (YVU) Vice-Chancellor Prof Attipalli Ramachandra Reddy and other varsity officials have released the brochure of the Children Science Congress (CSC) here on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, the V-C said CSC, an integral part of AP Science Congress, would be conducted jointly by AP Science Academy and YVU in Kadapa from November 7th to 9.

He stated more than 5,000 students from all over the state would participate in the CSC. “One of the main objectives of the AP Science Congress is to encourage young children to take up fundamental and basic sciences,” he added.

The CSC-2018 would be inaugurated by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on November 9. On the second day, district-level CSC would be organised in which 100 students from different schools of the district would participate, he mentioned. YVU Registrar Prof K Chandraiah, APSC-2018 organising secretaries Prof K Krishna Reddy and Prof M Ramakrishna Reddy and other varsity officials were present.
