Pat for scientist award winner Mannam Ramanajaneyulu

Guntur: Dr Mannam Ramanajaneyulu, Physical Science faculty at the Vignans University, Vadlamudi in Guntur district conducted rare research and selected for Young Scientist Award -2018 by the Academy of Sciences. 

This award was given for his work on nanostructures for ultraviolet LED and Laser Applications.

This award was presented to Dr Mannam Ramajaneyulu at the AP Science Congress in Yogi Vemana University. This award carries Rs10,000 cash and merit certificate. 

Vignan Group chairman Dr Lavu Rathaiah and university vice-chancellor MYS Prasad appreciated the faculty on his achievement and gave another Rs10,000 reward.
