Chandrababu Naidu initiates works for projects worth 115.50 cr
Kadapa: A one-day Gnana Bheri programme jointly organised by Yogi Vemana University and State government at the university concluded on a grand note. On this occasion, Chief Minister interacted with the students over ongoing developments in the State. As many as 13,000 students participated in the event.
Sharing her experience, T Rekha PG student of YVU and resident of Palakurthy village of Kodumuru mandal in Kurnool district said three months ago her father who was toddy worker suddenly developed severe chest pain.
They were not able to spend money for cardiac surgery. But it was done free of cost successfully. This was done only because of NTR health card provided by the government. She said her sister is preparing for UPSC examinations and the unemployment dole Rs 1,000 being provided by the government is much useful for her.
Another student Y. Meghana student of IIIT has detailed some examples, and her personal experiences over the concept of Via-duct. Lauding her initiative Chandrababu Naidu said even his cabinet colleagues and professors are unable to explain comprehensively.
K Priyanka engineering student of Sri Venkateswara Institute of Engineering College has explained the benefits of Polavaram project, and uses of river connectivity in the state. Earlier the Chief Minister laid foundations total worth of Rs 115.50 crores for various developmental projects in the district.
