Chinese team to explore business opportunities

Visakhapatnam: Chinese trade delegation, including Li Xiaoyang, CEO of Xixia Longcheng Metallurgical Company Limited, Huang Guotuan, CEO Xixia Longcheng Special Materials Company Limited, Feng Junwei, GM Business Department of Henan Longcheng Group, along with Indian consultant for Xixia Longcheng KV Satyanarayan and other business delegates from China on Thursday met G Sambasiva Rao, President of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation (APCCIF).

During the interactive meet,  company heads of Henan Longcheng Group based in Xiancheng, Xixia County, Henan, China, evinced keen interest to explore business opportunities in Andhra Pradesh especially in Visakhapatnam by associating with the state government and local bodies for setting up of manufacturing unit for downstream products required for steel plants, metallurgical units and copper granules.

The products manufactured in these units can be supplied to Visakhapatnam Steel Plant and other steel plants in and around Chhattisgarh, Odisha and West Bengal.
