10-day skill development programme concludes
Ongole: The skill development programmes being organised by the Microlink Peripherals India Private Limited, Avalog Technologies in association with the Electronics and Communication Engineering department for the past 10 days concluded on Friday, announced the QIS College of Engineering and Technology secretary and correspondent Nidamanuru Surya Kalyan Chakravarthy and president Nidamanuri Nageswara Rao.
Kalyan Chakravarthy said that Industrial Department in association with the QIS College of Engineering and Technology conducted four skill development programmes for around 300 Electronics and Communications Engineering students from various colleges in the district.
He said that embedded systems expert Govinda Rao from the Microlink Peripherals India Limited trained 92 students on embedded systems while Venkat from Avalog Technologies trained 78 students on networking systems. He also said that Dr Himabindu trained 55 students on MATLAB and Pradeep trained 75 students on VLSI.
The participants received training certificates for the subject from the college. The college principal Dr Kilari Veeraswamy and the HoD of ECE Dr Ch Balaswamy monitored the training programmes for the engineering students, Chakravarthy added.
