AR police mobilisation programme concludes
Eluru: West Godavari District Superintendent of Police M Ravi Prakash has assured that all necessary steps would be taken for the welfare of the police personnel. The SP was participating at Mobilisation programme of Armed Reserve police valedictory function held in Police Parade Grounds here on Monday.
The SP inaugurated the dog squad training track. He also flagged off the Tata Ace vehicle of the Police Gas godown. He inspected the guard of honour from the Armed Reserve Police on the occasion. Speaking at the valedictory meeting, the SP suggested the police to extend better services to the public.
He said that the police should develop their thinking approach and the modern technological skills. He said the department always conducts physical fitness courses and training. The police should extend better services during the Maha Shivaratri festival to be held at Pattiseema and Balive pilgrim centres. He asked the police personnel to take care of their health and their family members’ health. He directed the two-wheeler riding police personnel to wear the helmets to guide the people to wear the helmets.
He gave away prizes to the AR police personnel who showed the best performance in firing. Additional SP V Ratna, trainee IPS Rishanth Reddy, Additional SP (Armed Reserve) M Mahesh Kumar, DSPs K Eswara Rao, P Bhaskara Rao, Pydeswara Rao, VS Vasan (AR), Reserve Inspector K Venkatrao and others participated in the programme.
