TS Govt policies causing hardships to people

Jagadgirigutta: Condemning the killing of tahsildar, the local wing of CPI, staged a protest demonstration here on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, the leaders said that this was not an attack on tahsildar but on the entire revenue system.

They criticised that the state government policies, unrealistic price hike of the lands, new system of pattadar passbooks etc., were creating trouble among the people.

They also said the government should initiate steps to ensure transparency in the system. Mandal CPI secretary Uma Mahesh, district executive council C Venkatesh, K Durgaiah, Sadanand, Venkatereddy. Sudhakar, Chary, Chandraiah, Subhash, Murali and others were present.
