No streetlights on Miyapur service road

Suchitra: The entire stretch Miyapur Metro Station Service Road is without streetlights. It is completely dark after evenings and is causing inconvenience to the commuters travelling in the area and pedestrians.

"The locals over here are facing problems to ply their vehicles through the stretch during night. Several representations were made to the authorities concerned to install streetlights in the area, but all in vain," said Anil, a local.

The locals also complained about anti-social elements moving in the evenings and nights. They fear that any untoward incident or crime might take place under the dark cover. They requested the authorities to install streetlights as soon as possible.
