Suryapet: District Electoral Roll Observer A Sri Devasena stated that protecting voting rights of every eligible citizen was the primary objective of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
At a meeting with political party representatives on Tuesday, she said all field-level issues would be resolved as per Election Commission guidelines. District Collector Tejas Nandalal Pawar said notices had been issued to 1,94,106 voters over unmapped details and discrepancies. He urged all voters who received SIR notices to attend the hearings without fail and submit the required documents.
