Ex-servicemen eligible for TTD security jobs
Vijayawada: Ex-servicemen residing in Krishna and NTR districts have an opportunity to secure jobs as Security Executives with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), Tirumala, said in-charge District Sainik Welfare Officer Y Eswara Rao in a statement on Monday.
The Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO), Secunderabad, in coordination with AP Sainik Welfare Department, will conduct recruitment drive for ex-servicemen from Krishna, NTR, Guntur, Bapatla, Eluru and Alluri Sitarama Raju districts.
Selection process for Security Executive posts will commence at 6 am on Wednesday (September 9) at PB Siddhartha Arts and Science College grounds in Moghalrajpuram, Vijayawada. Candidates should not be above 50 years of age at the time of joining.
Eligible ex-servicemen have been advised to attend the selection process wearing sports or running shoes. They should bring original Aadhaar, PAN card, ex-serviceman identity card, discharge book, bank passbook, Class X marks memo and eight recent passport-size photographs. Two sets of photocopies of all certificates should also be carried.
Selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs 24,743, besides free single accommodation. Eswara Rao urged eligible ex-servicemen to make use of the opportunity.
