Vishwakarma Yagna to be held on Sept 17
Sri Virat Vishwakarma Yagna Mahotsavam for world peace is being organised in Exhibition Grounds, Nampally, on September 17.
Basheerbagh: Sri Virat Vishwakarma Yagna Mahotsavam for world peace is being organised in Exhibition Grounds, Nampally, on September 17.
Yagna Mahotsava Samiti president Danakarna Chary and adviser Lalakota Venkata Chary told press persons that a large number of Vishwakarma community representatives from the two Telugu States would participate in the yagnam.
Among the VIPs attending it would be National BC Commission Member Talloju Achary, several ministers, former State Assembly Speaker S Madusudhana Chary.
They said the yagnam would begin after a rally from the Vishwakarma Bhavan in the Old City. 'Abhishekams' to Vishwakarma Bhagwan would be conducted as part of the yagnam.
There would be a display of the artifacts prepared by Vishwakarma community persons. The Samiti leaders appealed to the government to come to the aid of the community representatives 'who are backward in all areas.
