Chikkadpally: CPI Hyderabad secretary ET Narsimha urged CPI cadre to continue their fight on public issues apart from strengthening the party. He was speaking at the party meeting with cadre in Musheerabad constituency held at the party office here on Tuesday.
Addressing the cadre, Narsimha alleged that TRS party has not fulfilled many promises it made during the last municipal elections and it would be taught a befitting lesson in the forthcoming elections for deceiving people. He called upon party cadre to be aware of public issues and strive for their resolution.
Party secretary for Musheerabad constituency T Rakesh Singh alleged that the state government has been ignoring the constituency and several issues have remained unaddressed. The double bedroom houses that TRS party has promised to slum dwellers has not materialised so far, he lamented.
He alleged that the state government has given permissions to start many liquor shops in Parsigutta and party cadre has staged protest on the issue. He urged the party activists to stay alert and respond to local issues.
He announced that a meeting would be held at Satynarayana Reddy Bhavan in Himayatnagar to discuss on the development of Musheerabad constituency on Friday.
All the constituency party leaders including the party joint secretary Surender, Usha Rani, Waseem, Vishweshwar Rao, Kumar and others would participate in the meeting, he said.
