It has been two years since Sandalwood Rebel star Ambareesh passed away leaving a sea of his fans grief stricken. His wife Sumalatha Ambareesh who has spent two years sans her husband has penned an emotional letter sharing the late actor's memories which she cherishes every moment of her life.
Currently, Sumalatha is busy with active politics and working as a member of parliament in Mandya district. On the death anniversary of Ambareesh, Sumalatha shared the mental agony she went through for the past two years on social media.
"It has been two years since you left us. I close my eyes longing to see you. I close my ears to listen to your speech. But I cannot close my heart. Want to store this abundant love, this unique energy, all the memories. No heart on earth is big enough to store these. I keep recapitulating the value of every second I spent with you for the past two years in your absence. To know you, to please you, to love you, to care about you, those moments and memories, the laughs we shared, the thoughts you brought in my mind, and the challenges all these have guided me and given me courage. The tradition and love you left will carry me for the rest of my life. The sheen of your goodness will save me from difficulties till my last breath. You are there in every breath I take. Your strength will hold me straight and protect me eternally when I get elated or depressed, or when I fall. It is not me who is living. It is you who is living through me," thus stated Sumalatha in a lengthy letter.
