Ammireddy assumes charge as Srikakulam SP

Srikakulam: R N Ammi Reddy assumed charge as new Superintendent of Police (SP) here on Wednesday. After arriving in Srikakulam he had darshan of sun god temple and offered special prayers. Temple executive officer R Puspanadham and priests welcomed the new SP and gave prasadam and memento.

Later he reached district police office (DPO) and received charge from in-charge SP T Panasa Reddy. Speaking on the occasion, the new SP said that his priority is to maintain law and order, prevent crime against women and to reduce road accidents by implementing various precautionary measures.
