Choppadandi: Telangana stood an example for other States in the country in introducing various welfare schemes, said Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar.

Along with BC Welfare and Civil Supplies Minister Gangula Kamalakar and Choppadandi MLA S Ravi Shankar, Minister Eshwar on Thursday attended as a chief guest at the oath-taking ceremony of Gangadhara Agriculture Market Committee in Choppadandi of Karimnagar district.

Speaking after the ceremony, Minister K Eshwar said the situation in Telangana State has been changed entirely. When compared to previous season, food grains produced during this Kharif has been increased enormously. He reminded that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao one month ago cautioned and ordered all the Ministers and MLAs including officials to take all measures not to create any inconvenience to the farmers.

Several leaders of Opposition parties, who had been Ministers in the past for many years, are telling lies to the public and trying to divert them. But the people are noticing the changes that took place after 2014 in the separate Telangana, Minister K Eshwar pointed out.

BC Welfare and Civil Supplies Minister G Kamakar said the TRS will recognise all those leaders, who are loyal and with the party right from the beginning. That is why, the party high command is allotting suitable posts to all of them, he added.

The Minister also said that BJP State president Laxman don't have ability to lead the party and exploiting the party in the State. The BJP didn't even get deposits in 105 Assembly seats for which it contested in 2018 Assembly elections. In Huzurnagar by-elections also, BJP candidate not even got votes more than an independent candidate. By this, people can understand the position of the BJP in the State, Kamalakar criticised. People are with the TRS and this was also proved once again with Huzurnagar by-elections, he added.
