Tech fest spotlights strength of innovations in Warangal

Warangal: The Technozion, the technical fest, organised by the National Institute of Technology (NIT) was in full flow on the second day here on Saturday, showcasing the strength of innovations besides guest lectures by the distinguished personalities.

Technozion started with guest lectures and spotlight events showed the strength of innovations. A lot of exhibits including grassroots technologies were made across the campus brought all the attention. Students from various government schools were gathered and witnessed the pulse of innovation.

Delivering a guest lecture on webinar, Jeff Demain, CEO of Pantheon, shared his views about how a business model should be sold. He described the way to understand a change through the bridge model, to understand teams using Tuckman's model. In the bridge model, he categorised the model in three sections- new beginnings, neutral zone and the ending, which includes in every business model.

He shared his strong motivational views to be successful. Confidence plays a crucial role in changing the scenario from the state of dreaming to the state of execution. Look to, and work with, inspiring people he added. Engineers can change the world for better, never stop trying.

Brigadier P Ganesham shared his experience narrating how he started Palle-Srujana Organisation. He emphasised the need for patents and creating new technologies.
