Home Minister inaugurates Haj Camp

Hyderabad: Home Minister Md Mahmood Ali inaugurated the Haj Camp at Haj House Nampally here on Thursday.

The 1st contingent of 423 pilgrims from Karnataka departed for Madina from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad at 7.15 AM on Thursday. This year more than 8,000 pilgrims will depart for Haj from Hyderabad Embarkation point in ferry flights. Mahmood Ali conveyed his best wishes to pilgrims and requested them to pray for the well being of Telangana State and one and all. He appreciated the arrangements made by Telangana State Haj Committee.

Haj Committee chairman Md Masiullah Khan, SHC Executive Officer B Shafiullah and senior other were also present.
