2,000 saplings left to the wind in Tandur

Tandur: Reflecting the utter negligence of officials, as many as 2,000 saplings have become disused at Mee Seva building here, which are meant for State government’s prestigious ‘Haritha Haram’ programme. The separately packed saplings withered away as nobody cared about their plantation and did not provide water to them. Local people want the officials concerned to attend to the issue.
