Senior scientist MSR Prasad appointed as DRDO DG

​Hyderabad: Senior scientist and DRDL Director MSR Prasad has been appointed as the Director General (Missiles & Strategic Systems), DRDO. Over the last 30 years, Prasad made significant contributions in missile technologies for the defence programmes of the DRDO. 

His contribution in the areas of Aerospace Structural Design, Analysis and Structural Dynamics studies for various missile projects is noteworthy. He completed his B Tech Degree from Madras Institute of Technology in 1984 and M Tech from IIT, Bombay in Aeronautical Engineering.
