The British Airways apologised to the passengers for the delay and inconvenience

The British Airways has apologised to the passengers “for the delay and inconvenience caused due to a technical issue”. 

In a statement sent to The Hans India, the airways said the flight had now departed and all customers were provided hotel accommodation. 

Meanwhile The British Airways transferred a number of customers to other available services which departed earlier.
