VVPAT slips to be counted if required

The VVPAT slips will be counted in any one of the polling centres in the constituency for authentication. The slips will be counted in the polling centres with least voter turnout to learn the votes polled in EVMs are equal with VVPAT slips. 

They will be counted after the completion of vote counting. Around 40,000 staff including 3,356 counting agents and 1,316 micro observers has been deployed for vote counting.
