Desiltation initiated at Kagna River

Tandur: Municipal staff, here on Friday removed the weeds and bushes grown in the Kagna River. The desiltation and removal of weed have not been taken up for 17 years, which affected the river. Municipal Chairperson Sunitha and councillors supervised the work.
