Eluru: Superintendent of Police M Ravi Prakash has directed the police officials to nab criminals in the wake of the upcoming elections. Participating in a review meeting on crime at the district police headquarters here on Tuesday, he asked the officials to summon history sheeters and habitual offenders and offer counselling frequently as the polls are approaching fast. With regard to non-bailable warrants, the accused should be produced before court, he added.

The SP directed the officials to take special care in case of rowdy activities and pay visit to each and every village. The trouble mongers should be kept under observation to avoid crime during elections.
