Amaravati Balotswam begins in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: Achievement out of sincere efforts would remain forever and would give satisfaction, said AP Mineral Development Corporation (APMDC) MD Ch Venkaiah Chowdary here on Wednesday.

Chowdary was the chief guest for the three-day Amaravati Balotswam 2018 organised at Chegurupati Krishnaveni Talent School.

Addressing the gathering, he expressed his happiness to be part of the fest.

He said to be victorious, one should be sincere. Education would bring out creative skills and talent from the students.

MLC Boddu Nageswara Rao expressed his anguish for the students studying in corporate schools as their creative skills were destroyed and were made to study as machines. He appealed everyone to drive away the corporate system of education.

Former MLC KS Lakshman Rao expressed concern that there was no pleasant atmosphere at the schools these days and appealed to create a healthy education system for the students.

Dr Vasireddy Rameshbabu who has been organising Balotsav for the past 27 years said that these kind of children fest should be celebrated at all parts of the country. Children would do miracles, if given a chance, he opined.

Amaravati Balotsav president SP Ramaraju, committee members Ch Mallikarjuna Rao, Kondal Rao, Ch Narsimha Rao, SSR Janardhan Rao, KV Ramana Rao, K Narayana, P Murali Krishna, G Jyothsna and others were present.
