SACET imparts skill development training in Chirala

Chirala: St Ann’s College of Engineering and Technology in Chirala has conducted the skill development training for the students from Bapatla Polytechnic College in association with the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation, announced the college correspondent, S Lakshmana Rao.

The college principal Dr P Ravikumar said that 93 students from the Bapatla Polytechnic College were selected for the Siemens Training Programme by the Andhra Pradesh Skill Development Corporation. 

He asked the students to utilize to continue further studies and utilize the knowledge in getting job opportunities earlier than others.

Dr S Indraneel, in charge of the APSSDC said that the students were trained in welding and CNC technology by the corporation from August 16 to September 12 for 20 days.

The selected students were trained by the APSSDC trainer, Sk Baji and the college awarded certificates to the successful candidates at a programme held on Wednesday in which other staff also participated.
