Chief Minister obstructing Central funds: BJP MLA Dr Akula Satyanarayana
Rajamahendravaram: BJP MLA Dr Akula Satyanarayana has alleged that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was obstructing the funds coming from Central government and blaming it to get political mileage. Speaking to reporters at his office here on Saturday, he said the Centre created Special Purpose Vehicle to sanction funds to AP government, but Naidu was rejecting the funds in order to get mileage.
Stating that the inefficient and corrupt government was running in the state, Akula said that the people were vexed with the state government's attitude. The people are well aware of things happening in the state and they know how to teach a lesson to leaders who cheated them since four years, the MLA said and added Naidu was playing double game on Special Category Status, who earlier agreed for special package to the state.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was very much particular about development of Andhra Pradesh and no one can question Modi’s integrity in this regard, he added. Naidu should think about the state development, Akula said but he was trying to get sympathy of people by conducting various protest programmes.
