Guntur: Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation directors went to the TDP state office and complained about unilateral decisions taken by the chairman of the the corporation Vemuri Anand Surya on Wednesday.

The corporation directors alleged that  the corporation chairman was not taking recommendation letters given by the concerned  MLAs.  They submitted a memorandum to  the TDP state programmes committee  chairman VV Chowdary. The APBWC directors, Gumma Nagaraju, Duvvuri Suresh, Yamijala  Narasimha Murthy and Nepaka Padmavathi and district coordinators Siripurapu Sridhar and  others wrote  a letter addressed to the Chief  Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and submitted it to Chowdary.

Later, they complained to the TDP party leaders in the state party office in Guntur. They alleged that  when Anand Surya was neglecting  the letters given  by the MLAs, the  beneficiaries were not getting justice. They complained that instead of earlier posts, Anand Surya had been creating district level organisers, mandal level organisers and municipal level organisers posts and appointing Rastreeya Brahmmana Sanghatana activists in  these posts to strengthen his own position.

They further alleged that because of the unilateral decisions, the corporation was unable to render better services to  the Brahmins. They urged the Chief  Minister, N Chandrababu Naidu to regularise the corporation to get  Brahmins votes in the coming  Assembly elections.
