ABVP activists celebrate scrapping of Article 370

Basheerbagh: Expressing their joy over the scrapping of Article 370 which gives special autonomy to Jammu and Kashmir state, ABVP activists took out a procession from Nizam College to Basheerbagh Crossroads.

Narender, Abids Zone in-charge said, "No other government dared to take such a decision. We are a proud nation today." They raised slogans hailing the Prime minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, burst firecrackers and distributed sweets.

They expressed great job over the decision taken by the central government. However, as prohibitory orders were in effect, police arrested the ABVP activists and shifted them to Abids police station.
