Bathukamma celebrated at Secunderabad PG college

Secunderabad: ABVP activists conducted Bathukamma festivities in Secunderabad PG college on Monday. College principal Narayana and ABVP Secunderabad convenor Jeevan participated as the chief guests. Students brought Bathukammas made with different flowers and participated in the celebrations.

Speaking on the occasion, Narayana said that it was a pleasant sight to see students wearing Telangana form of costumes in college. Speaking on the occasion, Jeevan said, "It is our responsibility to save our state culture. Bathukamma is biggest festival for women living in Telangana."

Professors Kavitha, Durga Prasad, Krishna, Linga Swamy, Sudarshan, Murali, ABVP college committee members Harsha, Pranay, Dileep, Sai, Mahendar, Subash, Mounika, Balamani, Bhavani, Spandana, Anusha, Vaishnavi and others participated in the programme.
