Dr Srinubabu bags Pride of Nation Award

Hyderabad: City-based scientist, entrepreneur and philanthropist Dr Srinubabu Gedela received the 'Pride of the Nation Award,' in recognition of social services and healthcare service.

Union Minister for Defence Rajnath Singh presented the award to achievers from different fields at an event organised by Veterans India, on Kargil Vijay Diwas, in New Delhi on Sunday.

Dr Srinubabu Gedela is the CEO of Pulsus HealthTech, which is engaged in healthcare and health informatics meetings and publishing business in over 50 countries.

Dr Srinubabu Gedela, said: "For a scientist turned entrepreneur, this is a proud moment.

The Pride of the Nation award motivates me to further, endure my mission to deliver social and healthcare services, I have undertaken, and hope it gives a positive message to all."

He is also credited for bringing in healthcare and agricultural information to remote India in regional languages at free of cost.
