Taking cue from the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the employees of the PULSUS group along with me in association with software Technology parks o India have participated in the "Say no to plastic campaign" in all our companies compounds located in Hyderabad, Gurgoan, Visakhapatnam,Chennai and across the nation*.

My daughter Dea Gedela too participated in the campaign. Remembering Gandhi Mahatma on his 150th birth anniversary, I strongly believe that his principles, non-violence and values continue to inspire us, and cleanliness is next to godliness.

*I promise that we will minimise plastic usage and complete ban on single use plastic in our company's premises*. 20 years back Cancer is very rare and now because excess use of plastic and pollution cancer is common cause for death in India said Dr Srinubabu Gedela, CEO Pulsus Group.

Excessive usage of plastic is endangering our lives*. That is why it is important that we say no to the use of single-use plastic and keep the environment plastic free. as we know Indians consume a considerable amount of plastic, to the tune of 16.5 million tonnes in the 2017-18 period and alarmingly eighty percent of plastic in the country is discarded as waste.

Pulsus group supports the government's goal of making India completely free of single-use plastics by 2022. the state of Sikkim is successfully implementing it why not Telugu States.

Plastic waste is at epidemic proportions in the world's oceans with an estimated 100 million tonnes dumped there to date, according to the United Nations. Scientists have found large amounts of micro plastic in the intestines of deep-dwelling ocean mammals like whales. *plastic causes severe diseases including Cancer so say no to plastic* said Sri Dubey, director STPI.
