MLC pats EC for holding elections peacefully

Eluru: MLC Ramu Suryarao has congratulated the Election Commission (EC) for holding elections in a transparent and fair manner without giving room for disturbances. In a press release here on Friday, Suryarao said that the district machinery of the EC should be appreciated for making the entire polling a peaceful affair.

Conducting elections incident-free was possible because of the joint efforts of Collector Praveen Kumar, SP Raviprakash and the Eluru Range DIG, he added. He complimented the EC officials for providing facilities to voters at the polling stations set up to conduct election to two parliamentary constituencies and 15 assembly constituencies in the district
