Neerab Kumar Prasad took charge as AP in charge CS on Wednesday while LV Subrahmanyam was given farewell. The government on Monday reported the transfer of LV Subrahmanyam as a human resources development centre. There is a debate in the AP on the reasons behind Subrahmanyam's transfer. It is reported that the removal of LV has come in the wake of serving show-cause notices to Praveen Prakash, who is a crucial member of CMO. CM has expressed outrage over the CS attitude towards CMO Principal Secretary.
Even these oppositions have mistaken the transfer of LV Subrahmanyan. "The sudden transfer of the AP CS proves the dictatorship of the Chief Minister." AP BJP president Kanna said.
