AP Formation Day celebrated in a Grand Scale
Kadapa: The administration has celebrated Andhra Pradesh Formation in a rich scale across the district on Friday. Public representatives, officials and other sections of people have paid rich tributes to the Potti Sriramulu on this occasion.
Deputy Chief Minister Amzadh Basha, Government Chief Whip G.Srikantha Reddy, district collector CH. Harikiran, District Superintendent Police K.K.N Anburajan garlanded the portrait of Potti Sree Ramulu, as they recalled the selfless service rendered by the departed leader.
Addressing the at Neknamkhan Kalakshetrem deputy chief minister Amzadh Basha has said that people of the state should remain grateful to the Potti sriramulu as he was responsible sacrifice his life for separate Telugu state. The deputy chief minister has stressed the need of people to follow the footprints of Potti Sri Ramulu and Mahatma Gandhi for the development of the state. He recalled that the previous government neglected the AP formation day during its 5 years regime. After YSR congress emerging to the power in 2019 elections, it was decided to perform the AP formation day entire the state in festive look as gratitude to the departed leader. He lauded that chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has fulfilled 80percent poll promises despite state is facing severe financial crises. He said people who owned Agrogya Sree card should have avail treatment for 2,000 different diseases in 150 corporate hospitals in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore from 1st November
District Collector CH. Harikiran said that despite even after 63 years passed formation of separate Telugu state, people of the state lacking behind in Education, Health and Farming sectors. To over come this problem government is implementing several welfare schemes. On this occasion deputy chief minister has facilitated the freedom fighters family members V.Narayanamma C.K. Dinne, R.Dastagiramma Chilamakuru village of Yerraguntla Mandal. District Tourism Officer K.Rajasekhar Reddy, former MLC Pocham Reddy Venkata Subba Reddy, and others were present.
