Young man commits suicide over marriage delay in Kamareddy district

Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a 22-year-old man committed suicide over a marriage delay at Banswada in Kamareddy district.

According to the police, Naresh belongs to the Pothangal village in Banswada mandal is living at his uncle's place at Borlam village. For the past some time, Naresh is pressuring his family members to get marry him, but they suggested to wait for a few more days. With this, he became very upset and committed suicide by consuming pesticides six days ago.

The family members who noticed him immediately rushed to the Banswada government hospital. After the first aid, he was shifted to Nizamabad hospital for better treatment.

As his health condition deteriorated, the doctors advised them to take Naresh to Hyderabad for advance treatment. As his family couldn't afford the medical expenses, they took him home where he died on Thursday.
