Woman thrashes husband for extramarital affair

Hyderabad: Tension prevailed at Pragathinagar on Thursday when a woman thrashed her husband for leaving his family and staying with another woman under Bachupally police station limits.

According to police, one Soujanya got married with Lakshman and few days after their marriage, Lakshman left his wife and started a live-in relationship with another woman Anusha. He took a flat on rent at Pragathi Nagar and started living with her.

When Soujanya came to know about her husband's extra marital relation she asked for divorce with him. Lakshman did not bother her and continued his relation with Anusha.

On Thursday Soujanya along with her supporters rushed to Lakshman's house and assaulted him.
