In a shocking incident, a woman is found to be staying with her sister's dead body here at Peddapalli house on Monday.
In a shocking incident, a woman is found to be staying with her sister's dead body here at Peddapalli house on Monday.
Going into details, the woman, identified as Swathi left for work on Monday and locals sensed a foul smell from her rented house and called her. They made her open the door and found the dead body of sister. It is learned that Swathi's sister Swetha died of COVID-19 symptoms three days ago.
Locals informed the police who rushed to the spot and inquired about the incident. The police suspect that Swathi has been suffering from mental health issues as she did not inform anyone about her sister's death. According to Swathi, her sister had a fever about 10 days ago and they consulted a doctor and took medicines. The fever subsided a few days ago but Swetha suffered from breathlessness and died.
The police registered a case and took up the investigation. The body was sent for autopsy.
