Vikarabad: Members of Kula Vivaksha Porata Samithi (VPS), led by general secretary K Mahipal, submitted a representation to Praja Darbar officer to set up water kiosks at collectorate, RDO, MRO offices, main junctions and other heavy crowded places in the town.
