Manoharabad: The first ever Zilla Parishad Chairperson for the new Medak district Hemalatha Sekhar Goud said she was indebted to the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for keeping trust upon her. "I asked ZPTC seat as a common party worker. He blessed me with ZP Chairperson status," she said.
