Traffic curbs in view of Sri Rama Navami today
The City Police announced traffic diversions and restrictions in parts of the city on Sunday in the view of Sri Rama Navami Shobha Yatra.
Hyderabad: The City Police announced traffic diversions and restrictions in parts of the city on Sunday in the view of Sri Rama Navami Shobha Yatra. The restrictions will be imposed in Goshamahal and Sultan Bazaar traffic police limits from 10 am onwards.
Traffic from Asifnagar will not be allowed towards Bhoiguda Kaman and will be diverted at Mallepally cross roads towards Vijayanagar colony or Mehdipatnam.
Similarly, vehicles from Bhoiguda Kaman will not be allowed towards Seetharambagh and will be diverted towards Aghapura and Habeeb Nagar.
Traffic coming from Aghapura and Habeeb Nagar will not be allowed towards Seethrambagh and will be diverted towards Darussalam and those coming from Bhoiguda Kaman will not be allowed towards Puranapool and instead diverted towards Darussalam.
Similarly, the traffic coming from Puranapool will not be allowed towards Puranapool Gandhi Statue and will be diverted towards Puranapool Bridge either to Petlaburj, Karwan or Kulsumpura.
The traffic from MJ bridge will not be allowed towards Jummerath Bazar and diverted towards City College or Afzalgunj while vehicles coming from Malakunta towards MJ bridge will be diverted at Alaska towards Darussalam.
Traffic coming from Afzalgunj X roads towards SA Bazar will be diverted towards Salar Jung Bridge at National Lodge. Traffic from Rang Mahal and Koti towards Gowliguda Chaman will be diverted at Jambagh and MJ Market.
Vehicles coming from Afzalgunj will not be allowed towards MJ Bridge and it will be diverted towards Madina/High Court/City College while traffic from Afzalgunj will be diverted towards Central Library and SJ bridge.
Vehicles from Rang Mahal will be diverted towards CBS and those coming from Rangmahal and Andhra Bank will be diverted towards Jambagh. Vehicles coming from Bank Street will not be allowed towards Putlibowli and instead go towards DM&HS, till the procession reaches Andhra Bank X road.
Traffic from Bank Street will be diverted towards Putlibowli and not allowed towards DM&HS. Vehicles from Badichowdi will not be allowed towards Panchami Hotel and diverted towards DM&HS office.
Vehicles coming from Chaderghat bridge and Sai Baba temple will be diverted towards Nimboliadda. Traffic from Narayanguda and Kachiguda Station road will be diverted towards Kachiguda Station road and those from Chermas side will be diverted towards MJ Market and Nampally Station road.
Motorists will not be allowed towards Bank Street from GPO Abids and those coming from Yousufin Company will be diverted towards GPO, Abids. Vehicles coming from Tilak road and King Koti will not be allowed towards Hanuman Tekdi and diverted towards Ram Koti.
The traffic police requested citizens to take note of above procession route and plan their movements accordingly.
