Telangana Budget 2020 Live Updates: Telangana Finance minister T Harish Rao began the presentation of budget 2020-21 in the assembly today. while the state Roads and Building minister V Prashant Reddy will present the budget in the State Legislative Council. The budget session began with the speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy extending Women's day greetings to the women.
