Draw A Dream 2020: Students from different schools mused and dreamed at Gachibowli Stadium on Thursday
Gachibowli: A majority of the students based their work on Charminar and Golconda Fort. Many students at the venue were seen making wonderful sketches and paintings of these both monuments.
G Sheela, a Class 6 student from Candor Shrine Senior Secondary School, when asked about why she chose to draw Charminar, said, "I love drawing and I have been to Charminar many times with my parents. I remember every detail of the monument."
Sai Amogh, a Class 6 student from The Creek Planet School, Mercury Campus, said, "Charminar and Golconda Fort are among the oldest monuments in the city. Whenever we talk about Hyderabad, the first thing that comes in one's mind is Charminar and Golconda Court as it has a background history."
G Samvardhini, a Class 8 student from Jyoti Vidyala School, says, "Golconda fort is one of my favorite monuments in the city. When I got to know that the theme of the event was 'Hamara Hyderabad' from that day itself, I thought and practiced for sketching Golconda Fort."
