SCCL sets target of 675 lakh tonnes coal production for FY 21

Khammam: Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) has set a target of 675 lakh tones for coal production in coming financial year 2020-21, said the company Chairman and Managing Director N Sridhar during the board meeting held at Singareni Bhavan in Hyderabad on Saturday.
He said that in this regard the board has sanctioned Rs 3000 crore of investments in the coming financial year.
Board has given its consent to enter into an MOU (Memorandum of understanding ) with the State Government for extracting 675 lakh tonnes of coal in the coming financial year, he added.
