Ramabai Ambedkar's 123rd birth anniversary celebrated
The staff and students of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) celebrated the 123rd birth anniversary of Ramabai Bhimrao Ambedkar in a grand scale and paid floral tributes to her in Adilabad on Friday.

Speaking on the occasion, Servos district president Penta Ashanna said that Ramabai was born on February 7, 1898, and after marrying Dr BR Ambedkar, she supported Baba Saheb in all his social works. She was instrumental in helping Ambedkar in pursuing his higher education and his true potential.
Dr Ravikiran, Sai Vaikunta Trust Director Naveen Yadav, Sarpanch Ujwala, KGBV Special Officer Rajini and others were present on the occasion.
