PJTSAU signs MoU with Coromandel

Rajendranagar: Coromandel International signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) here on Wednesday.

The MoU papers were signed by the Registrar PJTSAU Dr S Sudheer Kumar and Arun Leslie George, Executive Vice-President & Head of Retail, Coromandel International, in the presence of Vice-Chancellor Dr V Praveen Rao.

Addressing the meeting, Dr Praveen Rao explained to the delegates of Coromandel about the university activities and the new initiatives of the Government of Telangana state for ensuring the agriculture a profitable venture to the farmers. Coromandel has shown keen interest to work with the university in implementing of skill development training programmes to rural youth on agricultural activities and also conduct the trainings on agri retail store management.

The MoU would help the mutual benefit to the agricultural university students as well as farmers in the state and Coromandel International. Officials of PJTSAU and representatives of the Coromandel International were present at the meeting.
